As we approach the end of the season, the focus was on Oasby Horse Trials, where Hyde Lodge had 2 horses competing.
The spotlight shone on 7-year-old Jack Randall, under the ownership of Mrs Louise Heard, as he delivered a stellar performance in the novice section, securing a well deserved 4th place. In a year marked by numerous cancelations of events, Jack Randall’s journey to this level has been a relatively recent endeavour. Witnessing his growing confidence across all three phases is not only rewarding but instills us with great faith in his promising future.
We are looking forward to his final run at Norton Disney before his well deserved winter break, where he can rest and rejuvenate for the adventures that lie ahead.
Mrs Jane Turner’s Olistars Big Dream made an impressive debut at her first event, delivering a flawless double clear. She handled the experience perfectly, and we are all very much looking forward to seeing her back out at Norton Disney at the end of the year.
